I believe a good day, a healthy day, a cleansing day, is a day where you energize your body, mind, and soul.
Here is this week’s edition of Body+Mind+Soul Sunday– a 3 point list of things that have helped, challenged, informed, and inspired me and I hope they do the same for you.
Spinach. I have been trying to eat two fistfuls (not sure how many cups this is but it sounds pretty manly) of spinach everyday. Spinach is a super-food that I like to cook with eggs or suate’ a fistful and spread over chicken or fish.
You should read The Obstacle is the Way by Ryan Holiday. Ryan believes in Stoicism, an ancient practice of enduring pain, grief, loss, or any other hardship. Practical and inspiring this is one of my most gifted books.
